The Breitling Ref. 178 is a great example of the brand’s early chronographs, with a design that feels much simpler and more compact than the watches Breitling would later become known for. Its detailed multi-scale dial, rectangular pushers and up/down subdial layout give the Ref. 178 a look and feel of its own.
