These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through The Archive, including purchases made through our website, www.thearchivewatches.com

Products

All watches offered for sale are described and photographed as accurately as possible. As vintage and pre-owned watches, they may show signs of age, wear, patina or previous servicing. Any notable imperfections, replacement components or restoration are disclosed in the individual listing where known.

Customers are encouraged to review the photographs and description carefully and contact us before purchase if further information or photographs are required.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed represent the total price payable for the watch, unless otherwise stated. Eligible pre-owned watches are sold under the VAT Margin Scheme, where applicable. VAT is not separately itemised on invoices for goods sold under the Margin Scheme.

Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel an order where there has been an obvious pricing or listing error.

Delivery

Orders will be dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout using an appropriate tracked and insured delivery service.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and circumstances outside our control.

Vintage Watches

Vintage watches require appropriate care due to their age. Unless specifically stated otherwise, vintage watches should not be considered water-resistant, regardless of any markings or historical specifications.

We recommend avoiding exposure to water, excessive shock, magnetic fields and extreme temperatures, and having the watch inspected by a qualified watchmaker when appropriate.

Accuracy of Descriptions

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that descriptions, specifications and photographs are accurate. Where the originality or history of a component cannot be confirmed, this will be stated where relevant.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
