FAQs

We offer free, fully insured worldwide express shipping. UK orders typically arrive within 1–3 working days, while international orders usually take 4–7 working days.

We offer a 14-day returns period, provided your watch is in its original condition, with the returns tag in-tact. UK returns are complimentary, while international returns have a flat £35 fee. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

Every watch goes through an extensive and thorough authentication and inspection process and we check every watch carefully, including verifying its serial number against lost and stolen watch databases, so you can buy with confidence.

Every watch comes with a 12-month warranty covering complete mechanical failures, mechanical performance outside our stated tolerances of ±45 seconds per day or above 200° amplitude, and battery replacement for quartz watches. It doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or cosmetic damage. Vintage watches should be treated with extra care, particularly around water, magnets, and other conditions that may affect their performance.
